I’d describe my style as documentary with an artfully guided approach. What does that mean? For about 90% of your wedding day, I’m quietly observing and capturing the unplanned laughs, joyful tears, and all the meaningful details in between without interfering. When needed, I’ll gently step in, like placing you in the best light during getting-ready moments and then letting the moment naturally unfold. Of course, I’ll also guide you through wedding party, family, and newlywed portraits so no one ever feels lost or unsure of what to do next!

YES! I love traveling and going to new places and will go anywhere your love takes us. However, there may be travel costs (hotel, flights, etc.) depending on the location. If it’s somewhere drivable, I charge the IRS
reimbursement rate of $.70/mile if it’s outside of a 100 mile radius of my
home.

Full day coverage means I’m there to document your wedding day from start to finish, without watching the clock. There’s no strict time limit, so you never have to feel rushed or worried about fitting everything in. My goal is to give your day the space it deserves while capturing every meaningful moment!

A second photographer allows your day to be captured more fully and more deeply. While I’m documenting one moment, they’re catching the quiet tears, shared glances, and reactions you may never see in real time. It means more emotion preserved, more memories held, and a more complete story of your wedding day.

To officially book your date, a 25% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due one week before your wedding or session. If it’s helpful, I’m happy to offer payment plans that split the total into three payments.

Your photos are taken care of every step of the way. I photograph on dual memory cards, so each image is backed up as it’s captured. After your wedding or session your files are saved to two separate hard drives for added security. While file corruption is extremely rare, this multi-step backup process ensures your memories are protected and handled with care from start to finish.

While it’s extremely unlikely that I would ever miss your wedding (I literally wouldn’t unless I am on my deathbed) I understand that plans need reassurance. In the rare event I couldn’t make it, I have a trusted network of professional photographers who know my style and approach to step in and capture your day beautifully. If, for some reason, no one is available, you would receive a full refund, including your retainer. Your wedding day and memories are my absolute priority.

Unlimited photos means I don’t put a limit on your gallery because no wedding or session is exactly the same, and every moment matters. I want to capture all the emotions and details that make your day yours. You’ll receive every edited photo that tells the full story, so your gallery truly reflects your experience from start to finish.

RAW files are the unedited images straight from the camera, and while I understand the appeal, I don’t provide them. They require special software to view and edit, and part of my work is carefully curating and editing each photo to tell the story of your day beautifully. Providing only the final edited images ensures your gallery reflects the style, emotion, and quality I strive for in every wedding and session.
